Lenovo offers low cost notebook for just Rs 31,750

Lenovo has entered low cost laptop market by launch of the G Series notebooks this Thursday. The price for Lenovo notebooks start at Rs. 31,750 and the models are available at all authorized stores of Lenovo all over India. Lenovo G Series targets desktop consumers looking for mobility solutions at a small budget. An average notebook from Lenovo was costing around Rs 50,000 earlier.

Lenovo G400 Series Launched
The G400 Lenovo is powered by a Dual Core Pentium T2080 (1.73GHz, 533MHz FSB) with 1 MB cache. The notebook has effective power management solution installed and can live up to four hours on battery. The model comes with a trendy looking 14.1 inch WXGA high definition widescreen display. Lenovo G400 has in-built high speed modem, wireless 802.11, Memory Card reader and Bluetooth version 2.0.

The main model G400 offers a nice sound quality and weighs only 2.35 Kg. Lenovo will continue to offer new products in High-end segment as well. The company plans to offer new variants in low-cost solutions in coming months. The notebooks are operating on DOS and have quick recovery tools for data and system security.

Lenovo also offers more models in 3000 Y Series with a price tag of just Rs 27,200. The notebook model 776143Q has 80 GB hard drive, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, 15.4 inch WXGA VibrantView TFT. The standard configuration has 512 MB RAM which can be upgraded up-to 2 GB. This model is powered by 1.73 GHz Intel Celeron M Processor 430 with bus speed of 533 MHz.

On most models, Lenovo offers customer carry-in repair Warranty. Warranty includes one year parts and labour and for system battery its one year. Lenovo has gained good share in Indian Laptop market. The company offers trendy laptops at an affordable price.
