The steel scion- Vedanta group has launched its 300 crore Industrial township project in Orissa Industrial over a spread of 80 acres, scalable to 150 acres.

Designed to accommodate Vedanta's management and its workforce, the township consists of bungalows, 2500+ apartments, studio apartments, hostel accommodation and various facilities including shopping, a health club, school and health care centre.

And after a rigorous selection process and beating other international management firms, Project & Asset Management at Jones Lang LaSalle Meghraj has been handled the responsibility to provide complete range of services for the Vedanta Industrial Township in Orissa.

The services offered by JLLM will include Housekeeping, Security, Mechanical & Electrical Services, Environment Health & Safety Management, Horticulture, Club Management, Mall Management, Risk Management, Pest Control Services, Landscaping Services, Waste Management, Catering and Laundry Services, etc.
