British reality show star Jade Goody disclosed that she neglected a note saying that she I Ignored Cancer Warnings, Says Jade Goodyneeded to have abnormal cells removed from her cervix uteri as she was too frightened to return to hospital.

Jade, who is now fighting grievous stage 2 cervical cancer, had already experienced three abnormal smear examinations after enduring an operation to take away the cells, a report said.

After her fourth abnormal smear, she disregarded a letter advising her to go back to hospital, instead trusting that the illness would get away on its own.

Goody said, “When I heard I had more abnormal cells, I thought this is the fourth time I have been told I need to have the same operation now.

“Once you have them burnt off they should not come back, but I was too scared,” she added.

It was after she collapsed from blood loss for the fourth time in the last 4 years, that she realized she couldn't neglect her situation.

Goody confessed, “The doctors were doing tests for my blood loss but they seemed unclear about what it could be. It was then that I was told I must have another operation on the dodgy cells on my cervix. They had sent a letter to me ages ago, telling that I needed to go in for an operation, but I had been too scared to do anything about it.”

For the first time, Goody experienced an abnormal smear test when she was just 16.

“Even before I was sexually active, I had to have pre-cancerous cells removed. That nearly traumatised me for life, it was so painful,” she contended.

After bursting early this month, Jade was advises that she could be confronting a fatal disease, but she decided to go ahead to take part in the Indian version of "Big Brother" called "Bigg Boss".

She concluded that the 100,000 pounds fee, which she was getting, would be required to raise her two loving small children, Bobbie, 5 and Freddie, 3.

Goody left show "Bigg Boss" last week after being informed that she had cancer.
