Research team led by Yasuharu Tokuda from St. Luke's International Hospital and Takashi Inoguchi from Chuo University analyzed data collected from 39,000 people in 29 Asian countries.

Data analysis revealed that people in the Maldives had the most trust and good health as compared to people in Hong Kong who more cynical and sickly.

The study team has researchers from Oregon Health and Science University, Beaverton, and the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Aurora.

The study, which was conducted on both lean and obese nonhuman primates, revealed that offsprings of mothers those who had high-fat diet during pregnancy experienced increased risk of having NAFLD (Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease).

Gene Mutation Can Also Cause Heart Attack – A StudyA new study conducted by the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) stated that genes mutation involved in maintaining the structure of heart muscle can result in a sudden cardiac arrest.

The study revealed that mutation in the gene, Myosin Binding Protein-C (MYBPC3) can result in coronary failures, which resulted in sudden death.

Dr. Lalji Singh, Director of CCMB who conducted the study told that heart attack may be caused due to many reasons, and a few of them are also related to genetic disorders or one’s lifestyle.
