London, Mar 7: Elisabeth Fritzl, the Austrian woman whose father imprisoned her in a cellar for 24 years and repeatedly raped her, has secured a future for her children after reaching an extraordinary agreement with her dad’s estate.

The courage of Elisabeth, who resisted multi-million pound offers for interviews and books about her 24 years locked in the cellar prison under the family home in Amstetten, Austria, left her and her family broke after the collapse of the Fritzl family’s estate into bankruptcy.

Islamabad  - At least seven police officers and a civilian were killed Saturday in a car bombing in north-western Pakistan, a local police official said.

"An anonymous caller informed the police that a suspect car was parked in the Badh Pir area on the outskirts of Peshawar with a dead body inside, but it was a trap," Ghulam Mohammad said. "When our officers approached the car, it blew up."

London, Mar 6: As the world continues to drown in economic sorrows, men, it seems, are not that well-equipped to fight the ongoing situation. A new study has found that males who think they may lose their jobs become more depressed and stressed than women in the same situation.

The study, which was conducted by University of Cambridge academics, found that job insecurity took a far greater toll of the mental health of both men and women, reports The Times.

What they knew, however, was a thing that they shared-an obsession for art. Today, they reside in different parts of the country, but does that stop them? Not at all! Rather what binds them is this obsession for art that brings them together at regular intervals.

We are talking about Khoj-a group of eight artists having varied expertise in the field of art. And they are here in the city to exhibit their works.
