London, Dec 7 : A managing director of a printing firm was unknowingly using a live First World War bomb as a paperweight in his office.
Jeff Heyes might not have imagined that the foot long shell given to him by a friend, who discovered it on the seabed of South Coast, will turn out to be a live bomb.
It was his office landlord, Clive Parks, and his friend Jon Williamson, a keen shooter, who realised the detonator on the shell was still live and the TNT was showing.
"I shoot so I know about firearms, it still had a live detonator and the explosive TNT was exposed,” the Telegraph quoted Williamson as saying.

The veteran’s TV comedy, which had run for eight seasons on the NBC television network, had beem amongst the biggest TV hits spanning from 1984 to 1992, reports the New York Post.
The household comedy, which focused on the Huxtable family, an upper-middle class African-American family living in Brooklyn, New York, may now be turned into "Not the Cosbys XXX".
The production will reportedly have an actor mimicking the comedian’s signature Cliff Huxtable character while being in the middle of the X-rated action, reports avn. com.

According to Roebuck, first, it shows that captain Kevin Pietersen can lead a team through a crisis, and second, England''s willingness to go back, makes the long-awaited split on racial lines less likely.

Ukraine-born brunette Olena Haynes is the estranged wife of wealthy businessman John Haynes and the face of dating websites, which find beautiful Russian lovers for British men.
John, 50, branded the football ace a slimy toe-rag after discovering his wife and Ronaldo had sent each other more than 300 text messages.
John claims Olena was using a secret mobile he found stashed in their home.
He says Manchester United and Portugal star Ronaldo, 23, struck up a relationship with his wife in August.
