South Africa lead the series 3-1 and will jump to No. 1 in the one-day rankings if they defeat Australia in Perth.

Clarke has missed Australia's past three matches with an injured thumb, while Bracken did not play in Monday''s game in Adelaide because of a calf injury.

The two teams have been named Team Hillary and Team Tenzing will take on each other under the captainship of England captain Andrew Strauss and England vice-captain Alastair Cook in a bid to set a world record for playing the highest ever official sports match and raise 550,000 dollars for the Himalayan Trust and British children''s charity Lord''s Taverners.

Pak Senate committee on Sports “not satisfied” with PCB performance

Pakistan Cricket BoardKarachi, Jan. 29 : It seems that the Pakistan's senate committee on sports is not satisfied by the sacking of the captain of the national cricket team, Shoaib Malik, as it has now asked the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to submit copies of the reports filed by national coach Intikhab Alam and manager Yawar Saeed on Pakistan's debacle against Sri Lanka in the last one day international last week.

According to The News, in a letter signed by committee chairman Zafar Iqbal Chaudhry and five other Senators, it has demanded that the PCB submit the reports as soon as possible.

According to Fox Sports, there is every chance that Symonds will be left at home from the South African tour and he may even have his contract torn up.
