Elon Musk and his Wife perform Wing Walking during Weekend
SpaceX CEO Elon Musk and partner Talulah Riley have posted pictures of them in which they can be seen strapped to the upper wings of a plane. They carried out the activity in the weekend and cruised through the sky over Hampshire.
The photos were posted on Instagram on Sunday and in the post, Musk said, “Went for a nice wing walk. What could possibly go wrong?” Riley was of the view that they were carrying out the activity with the aerobatic Breitling Wingwalking team in Hampshire, England.
The company charges £400 for allowing anyone to walk on the wing of a Boeing Stearman biplane that flies at the speed of up to 130 mph. Wing walking requires a person to be strapped to the top of the top wing of a biplane and pilot takes the plane through a series of aerobatic maneuvers.
Apart from performing such an exciting activity, Musk has also been working on to improve the Tesla Model S. Last week, Musk was of the view that soon, the car will be available. There are many key features in the car, one of them being the presence of ultrasonic radar.
The radar allows sensing obstacles, change lanes, avoid vehicles and pedestrians. The latest upgrade will make the car more autonomous. Musk is also working on to land a reusable rocket on a barge with his company SpaceX.
