Conspiracy to divide PPP won’t be successful: Bhutto

Islamabad, Dec.22 : Former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutt to today told her supporters in Shahdadkot today that efforts were on to divide the Pakistan People's Party, and this would not succeed.

Predicting a PPP victory at the January 8 hustings, she claimed that regressive forces wanted to crush the will of the people.

Admitting to having political differences with former Interior Minister Aftab Sherpao, she, however, condemned Friday's suicide bomb blast in Charsadda, Sherpao's hometown.

She said that Islam propounds the message of peace, and therefore, there was room for terrorism .
Earlier, she addressed a welcome rally at the bus stop of Rattodero. (ANI)
