Dr. Drew Pinsky, the top Hollywood addiction specialist who predicted Britney Spears meltdown believes for sure that Linday Lohan is heading towards darker days after her split up from girlfriend Samantha Ronson.

The medic, who hasn't treated the Mean Girls actress, tells U. S. news show Extra, "She's a straight-up addict," and she needs help.

He adds, "I've been saying for a while she's gonna have a major, major blow-out... before she becomes motivated to really capitulate to treatment." Sr. Ondsky further suggests Lohan and her worried parents to walk on the track of Britney’s mom and dad, who forced the pop superstar into therapy as she started to crack up in 2007.
