BCCI to Sreesanth: Mend your on-field behavior

S SreesanthThe Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has issued a final warning to pacer S Sreesanth to mend his on-field behavior, failing which he would be suspended from domestic matches.

The fast bowler from Kerala has been asked not to repeat his on-field behavior he had shown during the recently concluded Irani Cup match against Mumbai in Nagpur, which had violated the BCCI Code of Conduct.

“You are hereby given a final warning to ensure that you do not violate the BCCI Code of Conduct. Any repetition of such behavior will be dealt with severely by the BCCI including suspension from domestic cricket matches," the warning read.

Meanwhile, commenting over this, the 26-year-old controversy-ridden Indian pacer said: “I don't want to get into any trouble. I have been working hard and trying my best. I have paid the price for my Level-II offence and I won't do anything that earns me a Level-III offence.”
