Two Pakistani terrorists shot dead in UP

Two Pakistani terrorists shot dead in UPNoida, Jan 25 : Uttar Pradesh Police on Sunday claimed that they had shot-dead two terrorists, allegedly of Pakistani origin.

The terrorists have been identified as Abu Ismail and Ali Ahmed and belong to Sialkot and Rawalpindi respectively, Senior Superintendent of Police (Noida) Navin Arora said.

Arora further said that an Anti-terror squad (ATS) was informed at 12:30 a. m. about the two armed criminals trying to enter Delhi, in a Maruti 800 car.

As soon as the car reached near the Mahamaya flyover, police stopped the vehicle, the suspects opened fire on the security team.

The 30-minute encounter left them and a constable from the Uttar Pradesh Anti-terror squad, critically injured.

The terrorists were declared brought dead at the hospital.

Two AK-47s, two hand grenades and a bag full of documents have been recovered from the car. (ANI)
