Toyota launches its after-sales service campaign
Toyota Kirloskar Motors today announced the launch of its 'Suhana Summer' campaign which will be focusing on providing a free-check-up of Toyota products from the March 1 to March 30 across its various dealerships in the country.
Toyota has always been known as the automaker which stands on the top of the consumers' mind when it comes to quality in the country. Experts believe initiatives like these will only add to the brand equity of this automaker in the country. In fact, with the launch of the compact car Etios coming near, Toyota doesn't want to be complacent as the compact car is expected to bring high volumes, which the company hasn't been able to achieve so far.
Under this campaign, the company will provide the Toyota customer with a 30 points free check up across its 98 dealerships in the country. This initiative comes under the 'Customer First' approach that the company recently highlighted at the 10th auto expo held in the capital.
The company believes that this campaign will help the customers to get their cars ready for the holiday season which is just nearing in the country.
