Sheila-DikshitAccording to reports, the members of state cabinet will discuss the issue of circle rates for the city's colonies on Wednesday.

The small quarrel between Lt Governor Tejendra Khanna and Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit over the matter will now be looked upon by the Home Ministry.

Both the sides had refused to answer the questions, when asked by reporters over announcing the new rates.

"I will not comment over the issue," Dikshit said at a function.
