Cairo  - Three Italian tourists were killed and five others - three Italians and two Egyptians - were injured when a tourist bus turned turtle in the Egyptian Sinai peninsula on Friday.

An investigation was to determine the cause of the accident, which took place 15 kilometers from the Dahab resort on the peninsula's southeastern coast.

The injured were taken to the Sharm el-Sheikh International Hospital, the official Middle East News Agency reported. (dpa)
