Vizio launches all-in-one desktops and laptops in New YorkHDTV maker, Vizio has announced the launch of its new all-in-one desktops and laptops at an event in New York today.

The devices were showcased at Consumer Electronics Show earlier in the year. CTO Matt McRae said in the presentation that the market lacks standout designs for devices. He said that the new Vizio systems will address that and will come with moderate pricing options.

The series, the company, claims is made to serve the gaming wizards and those who want to keep themselves updated about the latest trends. ASUS says that G73JH is the most powerful gaming platform that is available in the market as of now. This has been possible because of the strong and technologically advanced components that it has.

The notebook has been made using the Intel Core i7 processor, has 8 GB system memory and has as much as 1TB storage space. Has Mobile Intel HM55 Chipset inside it.

dellDell has announced the launch of Vostro V13, which is a new addition to its small-business Vostro line of laptops. This is the first time when dell has entered the business sector of 'ULV thin-and-light' laptops, with a view to target the small scale business entrepreneurs, who have been looking for affordable portables.

The new Vostro V13's structure, which is specifically meant for industrial use, is made up of anodized aluminum, and is 0.65 inch thick and weighs around 3.5 pounds. Its features include a Webcam, 802.11n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and an ExpressCard slot standard, a single-core Celeron processor and Ubuntu Linux operating system.

Frankfurt  - Dell's newest laptop is the world's lightest and flattest 16-inch notebook model, reports the company. But customers might be more interested in the fact that it can recharge without a power cord. The Latitude Z is 20.1 millimetres at its thickest point and weighs two kilograms. And instead of using a power cord, it recharges in its docking station. To save energy when it's not docked, it uses a special sub operating system when running applications like email or calendars. That should let the battery last for several days, reports the manufacturer. The laptop retails starting at 1,500 euros (2,200 dollars). (dpa)

Asustek to Make Google Android Netbook, Says Report

Acer Aspire 10-inch to be out soon Acer's most popular netbook, the 8-inch Aspire one, has been launched. However, as they say, every rose has a thorn, this incredibly small netbook too has some flaws. For starters, many feel that an 8-inch screen would apparently be too small and they expect a netbook with at least 10-inch screen.

But it would be really nice to know that soon Acer would come out with 10-inch version of the same model. Though there has been no word on pricing or availability, it has been learnt that the machines with 10-inches screen will run on the Intel Atom N280/N270.
