Nupur Talwar, mother of 14-year-old Aarushi who was found murdered in Noida last month, has requested the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) to stop film producers from making serials on her daughter’s killing.
The NCPCR has also sent a copy of the letter to Union Minister of Women and Child Development Renuka Chaudhary and Union Minister of Information and Broadcasting Priyaranjan Dasmunsi.
In the letter, Nupur stated that Balaji Telefilms had expressed their eagerness to air her daughter’s killing as part of their popular daily soap “Kahani Ghar Ghar Ki.”
