If you are thinking of ‘Jai-Veeru’ from a smash hit ‘Sholay’, you are on the wrong side!

Jai-Veeru is the name given to the new film directed by Punit Sira. The movie has already been released in India this Friday (March 13).

Johannesburg  - The filmaker who will direct the biopic of former South African president Nelson Mandela has described his recent meeting with the anti-apartheid icon as "inspirational."

British director Tom Hooper, who will direct the film adaptation of Mandela's best-selling autobiography, Long Walk to Freedom, and the film's South African producer Anant Singh met the 90-year-old anti-apartheid icon in Johannesburg last week, Singh's company said in a statement Friday.

"Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge" (DDLJ) is still creating records after its release in 1995. The film opened to full houses all over the world on 20 October, 1995.

The Shahrukh Khan-Kajol starrer, which had previously broken the record of "Sholay", has crossed the 700-week mark at Minerva Theatre in Mumbai.

The romantic film has become the largest grosser and the longest screened film in the history of Hindi film industry.

This time, ace Bollywood director Raj Kumar Santoshi has incorporated a different look and mannerism for all the characters in his upcoming romantic comedy ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’.

The star cast of the film includes Ranbir Kapoor, Katrina Kaif and Upen Patel.

The director has given a challenging role to Ranbir, who will go stammering to woo hot Katrina Kaif, who plays his love interest in the film.
