"David is out of rehab and about to start a new movie," lawyer Stanton "Larry" Stein told the celebrity magazine. "He successfully completed his treatment."

DreamWorks seals Paramount split to allow Indian investment Los Angeles - Steven Spielberg's Dreamworks Studio announced the details of its split from Paramount Pictures Monday, an amicable divorce that allows the most successful US director to start a new studio with 1.5 billion dollars in funding from Indian entertainment conglomerate Reliance ADA Group.

Under the exit agreement, DreamWorks will take the lead on 15 to 20 development projects, with Paramount having the option to co- finance and co-distribute, the studios said in a joint statement.

Relief for Bollywood and TV industry as strike called off

Saturday was a normal working day for Bollywood and television world. The whole work in Bollywood industry came to standstill when Bollywood technicians and workers went on strike. The strike by Federation of Western India Cine Employees (FWICE) was called off on Friday evening after producers' association agreed to most of their demands. FWICE has 22 unions of 140,000 workers. This three-day strike created a major trouble for television producers as episodes of daily serials has to be shot regularly. 

Raj Faces Double Blow

A non- bailable arrest warrant has been issued against Raj Thackeray by the judicial Raj Faces Double Blow magistrate AK Tiwary. The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief has been asked to appear on November 17 for the hearing.

The action was taken when a city advocate Hamid Raza Khan lodged a complaint against Thackeray for his “incendiary remarks” that were highly provocative in nature, and for making anti-Bihari and anti-north Indian remarks in Mumbai last year.

The court has directed Mumbai Police Commissioner to execute the warrant by sending a copy of its order to him.

In a statement, Bebo said, “I’ve no intentions to turn a producer. The rumours are baseless. There is no truth to it.” 

A source close to Bebo confirmed her statement by adding, “Kareena is committed to several projects and is going to be neck deep in work for another two years. So where is the time to launch her own production house?”
