Islamabad - Pakistan is expected to share findings of its investigations into the Mumbai attacks with India this week, a news report said on Wednesday.

India handed over some material about the November 26 siege of its financial centre to Islamabad earlier this month, claiming it linked the perpetrators to "elements in Pakistan."

Asserting the need to establish legally binding evidence, Pakistan said the material only contained "information," but that it was being seriously examined.

Lahore, Jan. 28 : Abdul Waheed's joining the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) has sparked fresh controversy inside the party, with senior leaders fuming over the decision to include the cousin of Gen. Zia-ul-Haq, against whom the PPP had battled long for reinstatement of democracy in Pakistan.

According to The Nation, senior PPP leaders are furious about Waheed's joining the party, as he belonged to the family which had deprived the party of its founder, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto.

Islamabad, Jan 28: Pakistan's Information Minister Sherry Rehman has denied that President Asif Ali Zardari made any threatening comments regarding the upcoming lawyers' long march in February at the Parliament building on Tuesday.

Several Pakistani newspapers published a story, which attributed a statement threatening the lawyers' movement to President Asif Ali Zardari.

The statement was allegedly made during a PPP parliamentary party meeting on Monday, The Dawn reported.

Karachi, Jan 28 : Former Pakistan cricket captain Imran Khan today urged President Asif Ali Zardari to reform the national game of cricket, which he said was in as much of a mess as the country.

"If Zardari really wants to help Pakistan cricket then he must allow it to be an institution. It should be constitution-based and have an elected chairman with elected representatives," The News quoted Khan, as saying.

Islamabad, Jan. 28: The Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) has decided to play the waiting game on joining hands with the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) in the National Assembly, till the brickbating between the Pakistan People's Party (PPP) and the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) concludes, The Daily Times reports.

PML-Q's Punjab President Pervaiz Elahi, in a meeting with the party leaders, said that possibilities of siding with the PPP are open but the final decision on the issue will be taken later.

Islamabad, Jan 28 : United Nations Secretary General Ban Ki Moon is expected to announce a commission to investigate the assassination of former Pakistan Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto when he visits Islamabad on February 4.

"Secretary General Moon would announce the commission during his forthcoming visit to Pakistan," the Dawn quoted a senior diplomatic source, as saying.
