Pak Attorney General says SC could not bar parliament proceedings

Islamabad, Mar 18 :Malik Muhammad Qayyum Pakistan Attorney General Malik Muhammad Qayyum on Tuesday said that the Supreme Court (SC) couldn't bar parliament proceedings, as this matter does not come under its jurisdiction.

Talking about issues pertaining to the reinstatement of the deposed judges, Qayyum said: "One may desire for the reinstatement of the deposed judges through passage of a resolution in the parliament but in fact it can not happen."
