Sudanese killed, three arrested at Egyptian border crossing
Cairo - A Sudanese was killed Tuesday and three were arrested by Egyptian forces while attempting to enter Israel via the Egyptian border crossing of Rafah, security sources said.
Sources told Deutsche Presse-Agentur dpa the guards opened fire when the four Sudanese ignored orders to turn back.
Mohamed Taher, a 30-year-old Sudanese man, was hit in the left side and died on his way to hospital, the sources said. The other surrendered and were led away. (dpa)
