Sporty CR-Z to be launched in Japanese market

Honda-CR-ZYet another eco-friendly car will be added to Green vehicle crowd as CR-Z makes its way to the Japanese streets from the second best Japanese automaker, Honda.

According to the officials of Honda, the same shall be ready to roll its new sporty look in the model of hybrid CR-Z.

As the Japanese giant claims it to be an affordable sporty car, it takes special care in safeguarding the environment too. This two-door hatchback is targeted to for the youngsters. It shall go on sale in the U. S. and Europe by midyear and Japanese people can start their booking from this Friday itself.

However the features remain the same with a hybrid engine to add, providing a mileage of 25 kilometers per liter which is equivalent to 58.8 miles per gallon.

It is priced at 2.268 million yen ($25,300) for the basic model and 2.498 million yen ($27,900) for the top-end model in Japan. The prices for other countries haven't been decided yet. This is a car, right on time, which not only serves the need of the environment but also takes care of the need of the target segment. It is yet to be seen whether the rivals in this segment shall allow this car to thrive or not.
