Rae Bareli, Apr 25 : Congress President Sonia Gandhi will address an election rally at the GIC ground here this evening.

This will be Sonia''s first rally in her parliamentary constituency, which will go to polls in the third phase on April 30.

Earlier, she visited Rae Bareli on April 6 to file her nomination papers. (ANI)
