Six killed in bomb blast in Ingushetia

Moscow - At least six persons, including one policeman, were killed in a bomb blast in the Caucasus republic of Ingushetia on Thursday, the Interfax agency reported.

The agency, citing a military spokesman, said the bomb blast took place in a village outside the former capital of Nasran. Two further persons were wounded.

Initial reports said police were called to the village to inspect a suspicious-looking object when the explosive device went off.
