London, Sept 17: Brit musician Sir Elton John has confessed that he has done a few ‘hideous’ things in the past.

In an ITV1 special on the star, said that he has never taken fame seriously.

"I've taken work seriously - the artistic side - but I've never really taken fame seriously,’ the Mirror quoted Sir Elton, as saying..

"Otherwise I wouldn't be able to look back and laugh at some of the hideous things I've done,” he added.

In the film, the Grammy winner interacts with his younger self and goes back to his younger days through special effects.

He also looks back at the days before he beat his demons, and revisits unsuccessful relationships.

The 60-year-old also talks about his civil partnership to David Furnish.

Sir Elton also talks about the Queen, Queen Mother and Princess Diana and his relationships with showbiz pals such as Rod Stewart. (With Inputs from ANI)
