NORRISTOWN, Pa., Dec. 4 - A brother and sister in the Philadelphia suburbs have been charged with illegally tracking their father's movements before he was killed in January.

Parth Ingle, 22, and Aynee Ingle, 25, hacked into their father's e-mail and concealed GPS devices in his cars, investigators in Delaware County said. The siblings were charged Tuesday with a total of 450 counts of unlawful use of a computer and illegal interception of electronic communications, The Philadelphia Daily News reported.

Arunkumar Ingle's wife found his body in his home in Middletown. The family said she had spent the night with her son in Pottstown and that her daughter then drove her home.

Ingle had been beaten and stabbed. No one has yet been charged with his killing.

"This was not a random crime," said State Trooper Robert Kirby, who heads the investigation. "We're not revealing anybody as suspects, but Mr. Ingle was killed definitely by someone he knows -- well."

Parth and Aynee Ingle told police their parents were close to divorce. They said their father had been involved with a Philadelphia woman. (UPI)
