After launching perfumes, a Yoga DVD, and acquiring a stake in IPL cricket team, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty is all set to foray into the F&B segment with a chain of readymade meals in Britain.

The 34-year old actress has acquired a 33 per cent stake in a London based restaurant group to launch her own range of ready meals.

Commenting over this, Shilpa in her blog said: "It gives me great pleasure to announce that Raj Kundra (fiance) and me have invested with the V8 Gourmet Group... Got to acknowledge the fact that Indian food is much enjoyed and has a huge market in Britain."

Shilpa along with her entrepreneur fiancé Raj Kundra has decied to come up with a range of ready meals, pickles and chutneys, called ' Shilpa's Gourmet Creations'.

The range is likely to hit the shelves by the coming year.

However, the Indian actress dismissed the news that the food chain was in remembrance of late British reality TV star Jade Goody.

Notably, Shilpa interacted with Goody in "Celebrity Big Brother" a couple of years ago in Britain.
