Dhabi, Nov. 13, 2008 -- Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, President of both the Arab Women's Organisation (AWO) and the Family Development Foundation and Chairperson of the UAE General Women's Union today visited Sheikha Latifa Al-Fahd Al-Salim Al-Sabah, Chairperson of the Kuwait Women's Affairs Committee at her residence here at the emirates palace hotel.

Sheikha Fatima was accompanied by Sheikha Al-Yaziya bint Saif bin Mohammed Al Nahyan, Wife of Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

During the meeting they discussed the outcome of the discussions held during the 2nd Arab Women's Organisation Conference, currently being held at the Emirates Palace Hotel. They also discussed relations of cooperation and ways to boost them between women, family and child related institutions in the two countries. (WAM/SA)
