Major mobile hand set manufacturer, Samsung Telecommunications India has launched its F480 TouchWiz Mobile Phone in Indian market. Samsung has appointed bollywood superstar Amir Khan as its brand ambassador. Nokia and Sony Ericsson are posing stiff competition to the mobiles manufactured by Samsung.

The newly launched handset, F480 TouchWiz Mobile is physically slim and fully touch screen with drag and drop facilities. The phone is provided with 5megapixel auto focus camera. The phone camera has "auto smile shot" and flash features. The phone has various special features such as face detection, image stabilizer, and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR). The mobile has 240 MB internal memory and memory card SD slot.

F480 TouchWiz Mobile Phone can be connected through GPRS, EDGE, 3G, and HSDPA. The phone is provided with Haptic Feedback which makes it more convenient and interesting to use. It has all common features such as FM, games, alarms, clock, calendar and Profiles and widgets.

The country Head of Samsung Telecommunications India, Mr. Sunil Dutt said that the customers can experience high end technology by using new product of Samsung. The company is already providing I780 & I710, the Giorgio Armani P520 and Soul phones to its customers with touch screen facility.
