Samsung Galaxy S4 specs and renderings leaked on TwitterWith less than ten days to go for Samsung's much-awaited New York City Unpacked event, scheduled to be held on March 14, leaks of mockups and supposed specifications of the highly-anticipated Galaxy S4 handset are widely making rounds on the Internet.

Since there are speculations galore that the Galaxy S4 smartphone will be unveiled by Samsung at its forthcoming event, different reports and rumors have cropped up of late to give bits and pieces of information about the handset.

Among the latest leaks about the Samsung Galaxy S4 handset is the one from the mostly unfailing leaker, the @evleaks Twitter account, which has leaked a few specifications of the handset, along with a couple of renderings that apparently show the design of the handset.

According to the information shared on the @evleaks Twitter account, the Galaxy S4 will feature a Super AMOLED Full HD touch screen; and will com in storage options of 16GB, 32GB and 64GB.

Furthermore, as per @evleaks, the handset will have 2GB of RAM and a 13-megapixel camera with 4128 x 3096 pixels, autofocus and LED flash; and will likely run the Google Android 4.2 OS `Jelly Bean' version.

However, it needs to be pointed out that though the @evleaks image of the Galaxy S4 handset appears to be a possible indicator of the overall size, shape, and layout of the handset; it is only a render - or probably a placeholder - and not the final product!
