RollsRoyceLogoBritain's luxury carmaker, Rolls Royce today introduced to the Indian market its latest offering, Ghost, while also sharing the company's target of selling nearly 60 units in the country for the year
2010.

"India is going to be a key market for Ghost and we expect to sell 50-60 units of Ghost in 2010", said Rolls-Royce Motor Car's General Manager for South and East Asia-Pacific, Brenda Pek.

Rolls Royce came back to the Indian market in 2005, after a gap of almost 50 long years. Currently, the manufacturer sells cars though its two exclusive dealers in Delhi and Mumbai.

"We plan to sell 75 units of cars which include both the Phantom and the Ghost in 2010 in India", Ms. Pek said.

In 2008, the company sold a total of 20 cars across India, and this year's figure is expected to be 18 units.
