Resignation of Cricket South Africa President

Cape Town ,Africa ,the CSA President Arendse resigned after disturbances over his efforts to help the needy and deserving cricketers even after 14 years. He accused the CEO of using him as a mere rubber stamp, capable of attending matches and meetings. 

Arendse said that even though he returned back as President in 2007, he never enjoyed the full trust and confidence of all the 11 affiliates and the CEO. He got partial support for his efforts to fund grass-root amateur cricket. Further more he stated that his relation with CEO 

Majola have soured and it will be very difficult to function in future as it poses danger to the reputation of the game. CSA chief executive Gerald Majola stated that he was surprised at sudden resignation of CSA President Arendse.
