Omar Bakri MohammedLondon, Oct. 8: Hate preacher Omar Bakri Mohammed has divorced his wife and taken a new bride who is a year younger than his pole dancer daughter.

The tubby Muslim extremist dumped 48-year-old Hanah for a Lebanese beauty called Ruba, 26.

Frustrated Bakri, 50, declared: “I must have a woman!” after Hanah — the mother of his six children — refused to stay with him in exile in Lebanon.

According to The Sun, Ruba has shacked up with Bakri and his ten-year-old son Bilal at his luxury home in a suburb of Beirut.

British government pledges to protect Iceland deposits

London  - The British government pledged Wednesday to compensate some 300,000 savers who have placed their money with an Icelandic internet bank following the country's banking nationalization programme.

Britain's Chancellor of the Exchequer Alistair Darling said Wednesday that the government would help savers with deposits in the bank Icesave, whose parent company Landsbanki was nationalized by the Reykjavik government.

"I am very aware of the fact that Iceland has, sadly, chosen to default on its obligations here. We are pursuing Iceland and we will pursue it vigorously to make sure that we get the money due to us back," Darling told the BBC.

The researchers came to the conclusion after a survey of 66 curries, which found that 27 per cent used illegally high levels of artificial colour.

One contained five times the permitted amount of colouring –equivalent to 3.6kg (8lb) of brightly coloured sweets – the study found, reports the Scotsman.
