London, Apr 30 : A Brit divorce judge, who decided to lay emphasis on the distressing impact divorce has on children, quoted a famous lewd poem as he made a ruling in a family battle on April 29.

Lord Justice Nicholas Wall used the words from English poet Philip Larkin's 1971 work `This Be The Verse', to put his point across.

"They f*** you up, your mum and dad. They may not mean to, but they do," the Sun quoted him as reciting.

London - Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will appeal to the international business community on Thursday for greater trade and investment in his country, at a major investors' conference in London.

Al-Maliki, at the head of a cabinet-level Iraqi delegation including oil minister Hussein al-Shahristani, is to meet first with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown in the morning, when a partnership agreement between the two countries is expected to be announced.

Elise Tan Roberts, who has an IQ of 156, has become the youngest member of Mensa, and she has shown why, as she recites her phonetic alphabet, almost perfectly, before counting to 10 in Spanish.

It puts her above Vorderman, at 154, and just below Einstein, who was believed to be about 160.

The young tot''s intelligence could be seen as she pressed her fingers and thumbs together to make a shape, and then asked what it is.

"What''s that?" the Mirror quoted her as asking with a cheeky grin.

London, Apr 30 : Aussie model Elle Macpherson has showed that she can still look glam at 45 in a mini dress and sandals.

Macpherson, who is a six-footer, dressed down in a teeny white dress and gold flats at a dinner for American fashion designer Michael Kors at China Tang in the Dorchester hotel.

"Not many 45-year-olds can get away with a mini dress and bare legs but Elle can still carry it off," the Daily Express quoted one admiring guest as saying.
