PTC India Financial raises Rs 100 crore
PTC India Financial Services, the investment arm of power trading and advisory services company PTC India, has raised Rs 100 crore by issuance non-convertible bonds.
The company stated in a communiqué that bonds have tenure of 5 years, and have been issued to investors including banks, co-operative banks, employees' provident fund and individuals.
The bonds are proposed to be listed at the NSE.
PFS's investment portfolio contains power exchange, wind turbine manufacturing unit, and power projects based on coal, bio-mass, wind and solar. The company has total net worth of over Rs 600 crore.
