Nagpur, Nov 13: Vijay Kumar Khandelwal, a sitting Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) Lok Sabha MP from Betul constituency, died here early this morning. He was 71.

Bangalore, Nov 9 : Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader B S Yeddiyurappa, who will lead the coalition government in Karanataka with the Janata Dal-Secular, will meet Governor Rameshwar Thakur later today.

Thakur is expected to extend Yeddiyurappa a formal invitation to form the government.

Yeddiyurappa is expected to be sworn in as Chief Minister on Monday.

Meanwhile, the JD (S) has convened a meeting on Sunday, ahead of the government formation.
