Washington, Jan 12: Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell is reportedly planning to team up with her `new boyfriend' to open a nightclub in Dubai.

Rumours are abuzz that the singer is dating nightclub entrepreneur Nick House, who owns exclusive London venues Mahiki and Whisky Mist.

And Halliwell reportedly wants to collaborate with him to build an exclusive superclub in the city frequented by the rich and famous.

The 36-year-old singer, who parted ways with Los Angeles-based dancer Van ''Flipz'' Levez last month, was seen enjoying a romantic night out with nightclub entrepreneur Nick House.

House owns exclusive London venues Mahiki and Whisky Mist.

"Geri and Nick are very happy together," Contactmusic quoted a source as telling News of the World.

The English pop singer recently had a wardrobe malfunction at the BAFTA British Academy Children's Awards in London, and her bare bottom was exposed on the red carpet.

As per an eyewitness at the scene, the exposure caused quite a commotion was made among the photogs.
