George Takei to lend voice for Star Wars’ animated TV spin-off

George TakeiWashington, Jan 15 : Star Trek veteran George Takei is set to lend his voice for the animated series of the Star Wars series'' TV spin-off `The Clone Wars'.

The 71-year-old actor will voice the role of a nuclear warlord Lok Durd in an upcoming episode of the sci-fi series.

"I was cast as a grotesquely obese guy in Disney''s Mulan, and now again in Clone Wars," Contactmusic quoted him as telling TV Guide magazine.

"I just love the way the new (George) Lucas animation technology makes my fat jiggle," he added.

Producers on the show say that the bush-tucker trial grub is their most revolting yet, and it could be served to the former Star Trek star and Dani Behr, Carly Zucker and Nicole McLean.

In the past series, kangaroo balls had been served in furry pouches, but a show source says that they are now going all out.
