David Beckham fails to pull the crowds in New Zealand Wellington  - A year after David Beckham drew the biggest crowd ever to watch a football match in New Zealand his star attraction appears to be fading, according to news reports on Friday.

Organizers of an exhibition match between Beckham's LA Galaxy side and an Oceania All Stars XI in Auckland on Saturday were advertising two tickets for the price of one to try to fill the 32,000-seat Mount Smart Stadium.

Only 14,000 tickets had been sold by Thursday night, the New Zealand Herald reported.

New Zealand is one of the ''nicest'' places, says Becks

While promoting Saturday''s LA Galaxy-Oceania All Stars game, Beckham revealed that he would look forward to visits to New Zealand at the end of his career, and thinks "this is one of the nicest places I''ve been."

"It''s an amazingly beautiful country, the people are great to us," the NZPA quoted him as saying.

On being asked if he ever considered playing rugby, Beckham said he had tried it but decided it wasn''t the game for him.

Melbourne, Dec 2 : Starting off as the permanent mark of the working class, tattoos became cool as they touched bodies of stars like Angelina Jolie and David Beckham. But as it turns out, the ‘eternal’ body art doesn’t hold its fervour anymore, at least in case of Aussies.

According to a recent survey of 1000 Australians aged between 18 and 70, tattoos are not anymore in vogue and are a big turn-off for majority of participants.

Over 50 percent of respondents think that body art on the opposite sex make them less attractive. And surprisingly, women are more forgiving than men.

Ramsay, 42, is said to have asked 33-year-old Becks how to handle the allegations linking him to Sarah Symonds after they came to light at the weekend.
