Paltrow’s ‘devastation’ after first meeting snub by idol Love

London, February 5 (ANI): Gwyneth Paltrow was `devastated' after being snubbed by her rock idol Courtney Love, who was "really horrible" to her when they first met.

The actress, who now shares a close bond with the singer, revealed that she was left heartbroken following the former `Hole' frontwoman''s nasty attitude.

"We were in an elevator and she was really horrible to me. And I was the biggest Hole fan of all time. I was devastated. Then she went on a drugs spiral," the Daily Express quoted her as telling Elle magazine.

However, the differences between the two were sorted out after Love subsequently apologised for her behaviour.

Paltrow added: "When she got sober, she contacted me and was like, ''I feel like I missed an opportunity with you.'' Then we just started texting and talking and now when she''s here (in the U. K.) she comes round. When we''re in L. A. we have dinner." (ANI)
