Nokia 5800 XpressMusic Handset with Touchscreen launched in India
Various mobile and smartphone manufacturers are targeting high end consumers in India. The latest to join the bandwagon is a phone by Nokia dubbed as 5800 XpressMusic touch-screen phone.
Latest by Nokia, this 'Touch Music' device has an innovative 'Media Bar' and 'Contacts Bar' functionalities, while the former helps users to access handy drop down menu for direct access to music and other entertainment features, the latter allows users to emphasize on four contacts on their home-screen and keep track of their digital history, comprising of messages, call logs, e-mails, photos and blog updates.
For those who are addicted to music, this set would prove to be worth taking as it is supported with stereo speakers with 3D surround sound effect, 3.5mm jack, support for all main digital music formats and ability to store over 6,000 tracks on the included 8 GB microSD card. A cherry on the cake is that users can even expand the memory capacity with the optional 16 GB microSD card.
Furthermore, the set also is equipped with a 3.2 megapixel autofocus camera with Carl Zeiss optics lens and dual-LED flash, which would help the user capture images and record VGA quality videos at 30fps and 16:9 aspect ratio.
