Pakistan to ban all Indian channels from Oct. 15

Islamabad [Pakistan], Oct. 1 : The Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) on Saturday announced its decision to ban all 'illegal' Indian channels across the nation from October 15th.

The PEMRA has warned that strict action would be taken according to law after October 15 if TV channels and distribution networks failed to follow the directions.

The authority further said it was receiving numerous complaints on illegal Indian content being aired on satellite TV channels.

The decision was taken after looking at the current situation of India and Pakistan, following which authorities have been urged to impose immediate ban on broadcast and distribution of illegal Indian content and illegal Indian DTH.

Washington D.C. [USA], Oct 01 : American girl group, Fifth harmony, saw another intrusion onstage as a young man climbed up the stage and tried to hug its main singer, Ally Brooke Hernandez, knocking her over in the awkward moment.

The girl group was performing at the Auditorio Banamex in Monterrey, Mexico when a fan rushed and knocked over the 23-year-old onstage, reports E! Online.

Security promptly removed him from the concert, and Hernandez resumed her performance with the rest of the group.

Earlier this week, Hernandez was also attacked at the airport when the group arrived in Monterrey. A male had jumped out and come rushing in what appears to be an attempt to take a selfie with the songstress.
