Mumbai, May 22 : The 16 hours of detention at the Mumbai airport for allegedly carrying undeclared jewellery were harrowing but actress Minissha Lamba says the authorities were "very, very, friendly" and the time was spent chatting about various things, including her experience at Cannes.

"We had a very lively 16-hour session," said the "Well Done Abba" actress.

"What can I say? I had the choice of either sitting and crying or trying to make the best of a bizarre situation. Guess what I chose to do? I took a chill-pill," she told IANS.

A new lawsuit filed against AT&T accuses the carrier of overcharging its 20 million iPhone and iPad users for data usage.

The class action suit was filed in late January in US District Court in Northern California and it has received fresh attention in the US after one of the lead attorneys, Barry Davis, appeared on ‘Today’ show on Thursday. The lawsuit is seeking unspecified damages.

Verizon Wireless’ CFO Fran Shammo has said that Apple’s upcoming fifth generation iPhone smartphome is a world phone and will also work in as many countries as AT&T’s iPhone.

While talking about the possibility of a LTE iPhone, he said that it is a bigger issue for Apple than t is for the carrier. The company said that its products will allow businesses to integrate and analyze tens-of-petabytes of data in their native format and gain information from the data in subsecond response times. The company will offer products based on open-source software Hadoop to offer scalable storage and other software to analyze massive amounts of streaming data.
