Trump says may not accept election results

Las Vegas [USA], Oct. 20 : United State's Presidential candidate Donald Trump has hinted that he may refuse to accept the election results.

During the third and the final presidential debate, the Republican nominee said, "I will look at it at the time. I'm not looking at anything now, I'll look at it at the time".

He accused the media of poisoning the minds of the voters as he said, "What I have seen is so bad, first of all the media is so dishonest and so corrupt and the pile on is so amazing that the New York Times actually wrote an article about it. They don't even care. They poison the minds of the voters but unfortunately for them I think the voters are seeing through it, and we will find out on November 18."

Misuse of certain prescription drugs can be key factor in college sexual assaults

Washington D.C. [USA], Oct. 20 : It has already been seen that alcohol consumption, either by the victim or the perpetrator, is a key factor in more than half of sexual assaults on college campuses.

A study by the University at Buffalo Research Institute on Addictions have now found out that the abuse of prescription drugs by college students also can play a role in negative sexual events such as sexual assault and regretted sex.

RIA Senior Research Scientist Kathleen Parks studied the effects of nonmedical use of prescription drugs (NMUPD) by college students, including opioid analgesics,such as Oxycodone, anxiolytics/sedatives, such as Xanax, Valium or Ambien and stimulants, such as Adderall or Ritalin.

Trump will be 'puppet president' for Russia: Clinton

Washington [US], Oct. 20 : During the final presidential debate on Wednesday, Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton accused Donald Trump of being a "puppet" of Russian leader Vladimir Putin as the Republican nominee refused to accept Moscow's interference in the US presidential elections.

Clinton said Putin endorses Trump as, "It's pretty clear, he'd rather have a puppet as president of the United State."

She noted that the Russian hackers had been blamed for releasing internal Democratic emails, apparently in an effort to help Trump's cause, reports the Washington Post.

"You're the puppet," Trump replied.

India, Myanmar ink three MoUs to foster better ties

New Delhi [India], Oct 19 : India and Myanmar on Wednesday signed three MoUs for cooperation in insurance, power and banking sectors as part of efforts to improve ties between the two countries.

The MoUs were signed in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and visiting Myanmar State Counsellor Aung San Suu Kyi after the delegation-level talks.

External Affairs Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted "#IndiaMyanmar: Partners in Progress - The two leaders witness the exchange of agreements in sectors of power, banking and insurance."

The Agreement/ Memorandum of Understanding to be entered between India and Myanmar are as follows:

John Abraham lends voice to 'Rang Laal' from 'Force 2'

New Delhi [India], Oct. 19 : John Abraham has lent voice to a track from upcoming flick ' Force 2,' titled " Rang Laal."

The actor has literally left no stone unturned for the Abhinay Deo directed action thriller.

John, whom we had seen lifting a bike in 'Force,' will be seen lifting a Mercedes Benz weighing over 1580 kilogram for the sequel.

The actor has voiced the dialogues in the patriotic song, sung by Dev Negi. Leading lady of the film Sonakshi Sinha is also a part of the flick.

According to producer Vipul Shah, "The song reflects the general state of mind in the country -when we're attacked, we will strike back. It has been sung by a young singer named Dev Negi and features dialogues by John."

Imran Khan assures Chinese envoy that PTI protests not against CPEC

Islamabad [Pakistan], Oct.19 : Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan has told China's Ambassador to Pakistan Sun Weidong that his party's planned protest next month is not directed at the USD 46 billion China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.

This message was conveyed to the Chinese envoy at Imran's Bani Gala residence on Tuesday.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has announced plans to stage a protest in Islamabad on November 2, the Express Tribune has reported.

Officially, there was no word from the PTI on the meeting, but sources said discussions revolved round the CPEC and the PTI's upcoming sit-in which aims to force Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to present himself for accountability.
