Indo-Pak bilateral talks on Hold
After the Mumbai attacks, Delhi has put bilateral talks with Islamabad on hold.
"The talks are on hold till the atmosphere is conducive for such an engagement. It's not possible to carry on the dialogue in this atmosphere," revealed highly-placed sources.
The decision has come in the wake of emergence of fool-proof evidence of the involvement of not only Pakistan-based elements but also its Inter Services Intelligence
(ISI) in the Mumbai blasts.
New Delhi is convinced "without a shadow of doubt" about Pakistan's agency ISI's involvement in the Mumbai terror attacks and is preparing to present to Islamabad "a list of ISI handlers" who are allegedly the brains behind the terror strikes.
Another casualty of the Mumbai attacks has been the trade talks between India and Pakistan, which has also been put on hold and are likely to remain in that state till Delhi feels that Pakistan is taking steps to wipe out the alleged terror network operating from its land.
