President condemns Mumbai terror attacks
Hanoi (Vietnam), Nov. 27: The President, Pratibha Devisingh Patil, has strongly condemned the series of bomb blasts and terror attacks that took place in Mumbai late on Wednesday night, which killed at least 80 people and injured over 200 more.
In a statement issued by her office, Patil said: “Such acts are highly condemnable”. She urged the people of Mumbai to maintain calm and to cooperate with the authorities at this crucial moment.
She also said that she was confident about the authorities bringing the situation under control. (ANI)
