Six injured in second suspected ETA car bomb attack
Bilbao - At least six people were injured Sunday morning in a car bomb explosion near a police station at the northern Spanish town of Ondarroa near Bilbao, the second such attack within hours.
The Basque separatist group ETA was suspected in the explosion, which took place without warning. Two policemen and four passersby were among the injured.
In an earlier incident also taking place in Spain's Basque country, a car bomb went off around midnight in the business district of the town of Vitoria. A bank and surrounding buildings were damaged in the attack, but no one was injured.
An anonymous caller reported the bomb about 45 minutes before the explosion, claiming responsibility for ETA. (dpa)
