Maverick Gaming acquires Silverdale, Washington-based All-Star Lanes & Casino Center
Kirkland, Washington-headquartered regional casino operator Maverick Gaming LLC has confirmed that it has acquired All-Star Lanes & Casino (All-Star) – a newly refurbished family entertainment center located in the Silverdale area of the Evergreen State. Maverick is the fastest growing regional casino operator. The new acquisition has undoubtedly added a significant asset to Maverick Gaming’s portfolio. All-Star offers multiple attractions and entertainment for everyone – kids, teens and adults. In addition to 40 bowling games, it offers table games, poker, drive-thru espresso, full-service dining facilities and a number of additional amenities.
Founded nearly four decades ago in 1985, All-Star kept keep growing ever since. At present, it has a workforce of more than 150 people, which make it one of the main employers in the state’s Kitsap County. Thus, its acquisition by Maverick Gaming marks the addition of a unique brand to the ambitious regional casino operator’s growing portfolio.
Maverick Gaming seems to be on a buying spree. It has acquired numerous properties in Colorado, Nevada, and Washington. Announcing the purchase of All-Star, the operator said that its latest acquisition confirmed that it cares about the well-being of local communities. It stressed that the operator is pushing ahead with its mission to be a unswerving community partner.
Eric Persson, Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Maverick Gaming, said in a statement that his company proudly invested in All-Star as it would support local community by providing jobs to more than a hundred people.
