Motherhood comes naturally, you don't need to teach it: Sridevi
Mumbai (India), Feb. 3 : One of Bollywood's diva who set the screen on fire with her performances, actress Sridevi believes that motherhood is something that cannot be taught.
The 53-year-old was recently present at the song launch of Divya Khosla Kumar's 'Kabhi Yaadon Mein' that showcases the emotional bond a mother and son shares.
The 'English Vinglish' star, who has given many commercially successful movies and has a career spanning over four decades, got emotional when asked about the difference she feels about playing a mother in a film, after becoming a mother in real life.
"Before I became a mother, I remembered how my mother used to talk or behave. She is always at the back of my mind. After you become a mother, the instinct comes naturally. You don't have to learn motherhood." she added.
Mother of two daughters, Jhanvi and Khushi, said how every moment spent with her children is really special. The actress said, "Nothing is more important than your children. Every moment spent with them is really special. Wherever we live, the time we spent is really close to me."
On a related note, Sridevi will next be seen in 'Mom', alongside Akshaye Khanna in the main cast and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in a cameo role, is directed by Ravi Udyawar and produced by Boney Kapoor. (ANI)
